Your 5th wheel is falling apart

All the ceiling molding is buckled,molding on bottom of bed came off,door frame of bathroom is bowed tv and stereo quit. Other than that nothing. It was brought in April of 2022 moved 3 times a total of maybe 15 miles

Roof Leak

I purchased a brand new 2020 Primetime Crusader 5th wheel in January 2021. it has been in the shop 3 times in the first year for the same roof leak. The last time it was in the shop for 6 weeks. They (Camping World) has guaranteed that the leak has been fixed every time. Now the interior has water damage and a nasty musty smell. I have called the customer service department and am getting the run around. I was hoping that a company would stand behind their product.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to one of your online representatives, Sara Hankins, who no matter how remedial my need was she has seen it was taken care of. In today's work environment of sloppy, lazy, unmotivated workers spewing out the worn out excuses of "supply chain delays," "COVID", "sorry we're short staffed, etc..." where it is more common now to not get call backs, knowledgeable answers, or emails responded too, Sara has demonstrated old school work ethics (the way it should be) that makes a customer want to stay a customer. So thanks to her for being a glimmer of light in the ever darkening world of customer service.

5 yr Armor Tech Warranty

Can someone please let me know what is covered by the 5 yr Armor Tech Warranty on my Primetime 3791 Sanibel.. it is a 2017 model.. I see that in a few posts that the nose cap clear coat of the 3791 seem to routinely fail.. I also see that this only a warranty claim for 30 months...

I haven't received my package that I ordered at least a week ago a week ago or a tracking number

The *** phone number you gave me was for the department of transportation if this is a scam and I don't either receive my drone with the two batteries and the carrying case or my money back immediately or by tomorrow morning I will call the police and I will file credit card fraud charges against you and I will dispute and get my money back from Chase. I have spent $180 Plus with your company and I have received absolutely nothing not even attractive number not even a tracking number

This is a guess but about a week or more ago I ordered a drone two batteries and then about a week later I ordered a carry case because it wouldn't let me order it for some odd reason the first time. I have not received a single email from you guys or tracking number or anything I tried to call your customer service and you connected me with the department of transportation if you are scamming me I will find you and I will press charges on you I want what I ordered and I want to know when it's going to be here that's it I held up my end of the deal I paid for the product and you need to deliver the product and I would like to know exactly when it's going to be here exactly when it's going t

We bought a 2016 Prime Time Lacrosse 329 RES and it is the worst rv we have ever owned. It is a money pit!

Paying a lot of money for this rv we thought we would be stepping up as our 2009 Cougar would shine compared to this piece of junk. I will never buy any other rv from Prime Time they cut corner to make it look nice and it isn't worth *** The floors are spongey and stove ignitor doesn't work. We bought this and had to replace the whole duct system as it was not blowing heat. The storage latches don't latch probably and I could go on forever but choose not to.

I will be going back to a Keystone RV as better built and better quality.

The roof is like a roller coaster and coming detached from the side walls. Will be loosing a lot of money on the trade in for sure but will not keep ot any longer than we need to as this is our home and we are full time RVers.

I have a 2018 avenger, in two years it has needed a new, ac, refrigerator and inverter and now $5000 in roof and molding repair. ( 2 years old) Beware!!!! Buy nothing from this company
